To listen to calls hosted by different sellers which mentorship do I need to choose? I see Facebook mentorship, daily refinement mentorship and vip reseller coaching. I would really like to hear more from game_elementz
I'm sure no one cares about my story, but I have a very different experience with reselling. I once wanted to grow to make as much as I could. I spent countless hours watching/researching how to get better and better at reselling. I achieved this for 10 months until I realized that I could do significantly less work, make less money, but do what I wanted for the majority of the short life we get. I still make very good money, but I do whatever I want for the majority of the day and I don't worry about money. I'm not trying to sound like a hippie, but I'm convinced that I'm infinitely happier making good money and having loads of time to do what I want to do instead of working. I know some people like to work, but I prefer to work as little as possible and enjoy the short life that we all have as much a possible. :)
I appreciate the info on the business side of things as well as all the other things you bring to the table … constantly watching video of sellers showing there super popular new with tags awesome finds that a lot of us prob will never find is very discouraging … I love how you teach business models we all can put into play with things that we can actually find in our area…hope that makes sense
I opened a $1 thrift shop in March. For the same reason. Has worked great! I also have a $10 bucket sale…they can fill with as many $1 items as they can fit. The resellers love us. Brings in about an extra 1k a week… Has helped me get rid of inventory I don’t want to list on eBay…and has made me think twice about the stuff I list. (I’m pickier now)
I'm still pretty new to eBay but the one point I'd disagree with is free returns. Maybe this helps if you sell clothes but I've also seen other resellers who do very well with apparel without returns. While returns will give some buyers more confidence, it'll also encourage people who will treat it like Amazon. I won't rule out experimenting with it in the future, but I think dialing in the other 9 points will lead to the maximum number of sales than most individual sellers will be able to handle on their own. Daily listing of quality items with good photos and descriptions already puts you ahead of most eBay sellers.
Interview shows creative people for sure. I love 41:34 listening to another way of selling. I need room too, work and store items in my condo. Great video.
You might also try bins at a set price and let people sort. Like blue sticker 1. Red 3. Etc. These markets can be tough however. I worked them every weekend and was lucky to make lunch and pay the booth. Fun though.
Hey Chris, can you do a video on how to find a trusted wholesale supplier? I have everything down as far as listing and shipping, only problem is I can’t find good consistent inventory
Very informative video bit TBH I am not fond of this flood the market business model. I have done business with them and found the service a bit sloppy as a result. So YMMV.
Reseller Mentorship info at bit.ly/TRPGUIDE. Cheers!

Awesome interview, Chris, i loved hearing both your take and Frank's take on reselling! 🥰
It's hard to offer free shipping on big and heavy items.
Great information thanks for the interesting insights into how you both operate.... extremely helpful.

Instead of a brick and mortar everything $1 you could bring a truck of items to a flea market on the weekend to move it.:)

You should interview Prince. Or Travis Pine from Goingtwice. I think gt does a million a month on whatnot with pokemon.
I started using AI for my descriptions. Should I not be doing this ?
I don’t recommend it but you can!
I am one of Frank's whales. -aBizarreProject
How come the interview always ends up with Chris doing the most talking?? LoL He always has so much to say! Two ears, one mouth, my man! :-)
Yeah exactly what’s the point of having guests
