Tawakkul is that your hands are busy but your heart is still. Busy with means, but attached to Allah.
How to build your tawakkul?
•know that your rizq wouldn't be consumed by someone else other than you, so your soul is content with that.
•know that your actions wouldn't be performed by anyone other than you, so you occupy yourself doing it.
•know that death will come suddenly, so you try to preceede it.
•know that you're never hidden from the eyes of Allah, so you have shame before Him.

I absolutely love this name of Allah. I love using the many duaas that contain the name Al-Wakeel. Our affairs are truly in the hands of Al-Wakeel and no one can take care of us and choose the best for us like the One who created us.

Al WAKIL is the disposer of affairs - ONLY rely upon Allah swt - TAWAKKUL means relying on Allah swt with your heart, knowing HIM. Acknowledge that ALLAH is in charge of everything and your attachment is to HIM alone and not to the instruments, means or people through which HE helps you. When you go to the doctor your TRUST is in ALLAH giving you healing through the medical professionals, the treatment or medicines…. not on the doctor himself. You have to work for success via the means Allah has provided. So study hard and try your best, for example. Tawakkul means: YOUR HANDS ARE BUSY (with effort) but YOUR HEART IS STILL (with deep reliance on Allah). Ultimately ALLAH decides how and when you will be successful.
Tawakkul is “Your Heart is attached to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala then is that your hands are busy but your heart is still.”
Hathim Al-Assam ( Luqman of this Ummah ) was asked , how did u build ur tawakkul .?
He replied : 4 things
1. I knew that my rizq would not be consumed by someone else other than me so my soul was content with that .
2. I knew that my actions wouldn’t be performed by anyone other than me so I occupied myself by doing it .
3. I knew that death would come to me suddenly so I am trying to precede it .
4. I am never hidden from the eyes of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala so I have shame before him.

4:32 For anyone that may be wondering if there is a difference between the word throne and qursi - throne refers to arsh in Arabic, and qursi refers to footstool/crown/dominion in English. And Allah knows best. Hope this helps.

Can someone write 4 points on how to build tawakkul
