Thank you so much. I broke the purge valve hose connection while messing around under the hood. Then the car started telling me to "Tighten Fuel Cap". Sh*t. Hooked up my "home gamer" BlueDriver and it reported a P0455. Now I can replace it. You've got great knowledge, great communication skills, and some wicked bitchen diagnostic toys. Thanks again!
I HAVE A 2010 DTS WITH PURGE VALVE CODES, (IM UNSURE THE EXACT CODE, BECAUSE IT WAS DONE AT AN AUTOPART STORE) THE CAR NOW HAS A CRANK NO START AND THE ONLY SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS WAS A HISSING GAS TANK, HOT FUEL PUMP RELAY.. NO ITS A CRANK WITH NO START. ANY IDEAS?? THANKS FOR THE VIDEO. I SUBBED
I’m getting reduced engine power , heavy jerking then it’ll eventually stop but it’s ecelerates by itself I’m thinking tps but I’ve put a lot of money in. This car
Air injection leak typically generate lean codes, not rich as the p0134. I would clear the codes and address the immediate Comebacks! In meantime, check the air intake tube and plumbing related to air injection pump. Make sure everything's hooked up properly. So, clear codes and address immediate comebacks to weed out the follow-up codes, those maybe irrelevant. Investigate the come back by getting "code setting criteria" for that component and isolate from there

Scan tool is by Autel... check their site out, they have an array of bidirectional scan tools, not all are the same but similar
