From what i understand this is the same preamp in the Little mark vantage 500. So is it basically like having the amp but without the poweramp section?
I haven't tried one of these myself, but based on the video, this thing blows away the competition.

Can you connect the preamp direct to a PC and use it as a Digital Intetface?
If your PC has a toslink input already, then yeah, it will kinda work that way. But don't buy this for that reason.
