Nika Island is a special piece of Maldivian history, one of the first islands in Ari Atoll to become a paradise destination. Nika Island is the heavenly island of our collective imagination. A platform where the typical concepts of Maldivian tradition and beauty blend with Italian culture.
There are only 46 rooms, all with unique architecture: 6 Garden rooms in the garden area plus a Family Garden Room; on the beach are 10 Beach Villas, 10 Deluxe Beach Villas, 3 Family Beach Villas, 3 Family Deluxe Beach Villas and the Sultan Suite; on water are 8 Water Villas and 2 Family Water Villas; finally 1 Faro Studio and 1 Fornace Studio.

THE ROOM:
Nika has 8 Water Villas (about 1200sqft / 111 sqm) with double room, living room, bathroom, patio with direct access to the beach, and solarium.
Water Villas are located within the lagoon on the north side of the island, overlooking one of the best preserved barrier reefs in the Indian Ocean. Water Villas are on 3 levels, the first is on the water, for diving straight in; the second is a wooden terrace; the third is on the roof, with a solarium from which to admire the ocean. Guests have access to the two public beaches with sun beds, showers and beach umbrellas, one by the Water Villas boardwalk, and the other in front of the coffee shop on the west side of the island.
