The joke however, was more in reference to how absurd "no major glitches" is as a classifier to begin with, not whether or not the statement is valid.
"Major Glitches" refers to glitches like the 5th slot that significantly break the game, as you can see in my 30 second run, not using spells in useful ways. I also didn't come up with what constitutes a major glitch. That would be Anerag, the creator of the category on speedrun.com.
