This is what happened tonight with this meditation. I felt stressed and tense at the beginning and comfortably relaxed at the end. I really experienced the feeling of my body being tense and the emotion of being stressed being present and my wish to stay with it as it just faded away and disappeared, leaving me with the comfort of relaxation! Love the ways you teach the best magic of the mind!

Great experience this morning with this meditation! It was so wonderful to experience everything that was happening during this meditation and the 2 previous ones. At a certain moment during meditation I began feeling a slight but observable tension in my body. Later on, I began to feel a slight feeling of
being scared; but time passing so did this emotion; even the tremor in my left hand would come and go. Nothing is permanent-things change.
