Depends on were its made, if the factory is in a country with more capital and better labour rights the process will be more automated and if it is in a poor country were you can pay penies a day then it will take a ton of people

I was expecting this process to inject the rubber, but my understanding is butadiene rubber is not thermoreveresible, it's "thermoset"
