- I was invited to the WWE 2K24 Hands-On in Munich for www.moonsault.de. MOONSAULT.de is the biggest German wrestling community.
Footage from the, preview build of WWE 2K24 - German version - Only game sound.
The build had minor issues at times with slowdowns, the performance other than that was very smooth.

All possible cuts are due to restrictions on what can and can't be shown or as a workaround for the slowdowns.

They gave Becky her 2K23 entrance where she takes off her head gear at the end.
Pure lazy 2K don’t ever change.

No surprise here because this happens every year 2K is lazy.
Only time 2K wasn’t lazy when they had 2 years for 2K22 to create.

I wish people would understand that.
There are some minor things that they already changed compared to the preview build though. E.g. the blood color on the floor / mat.
Becky doesn’t use smoke anymore
They must really work on some of the entrance motions, there are quite a few mistakes :
-Trish is not doing her pose at the start of the entrance
-Rhea looks confused like she has no ideea where she is at the start of her entrance
-Becky still has her heel Big Time Becks 2022 entrance motion ( strange considering 2k23 also had face " the MAN " entrance motion in create an entrance , they should just use that one for 2k24 and add some smoke )

bodies look copy and paste, most of them look so skinny and they need to fix Bayley's hair, too much forehead and scalp exposure
Yeah, the hair of Bayley is not the best, we gave feedback on that as well.
Rest was quite alright in terms of models.

Yeah overall it felt more fun, felt more "game'y" in a lot of ways.
Trish Stratus’s hair is too short, they need to fix that
If they make it longer it would look even messier with the current style they use for the hair in the engine.
@@Feralus no it would not. There’s plenty of models with longer hair than Trish.
@@blackkk21 and most of the super long hair does, still, not look good. With the way they designed Trish hair this time it would pretty much look abysmal like a bunch of thick curly noodles. Furthermore if you check pics from 2023 the length checks out
@@Feralus but that’s the thing, that HAVE to fix her hair, it’s too puffy. And besides that they also have to make it longer. Cause right not it’s not accurate to the source material at all, no the length doesn’t check out. There’s pics on google you can check out lol. And twitter was going bananas bc of it so they have to fix it
@@blackkk21 I don't think they will and as mentioned there are pics where the hair checks out. They will still take a while to have good hair again for everyone with the current engine.
