Personally, I'd play this as a ladder and/or a positive progression (after a loss, increase the bets on the win until recovered). I know if I marty the 5, I'll just keep rolling 5's until I'm broke. 🙃
Same with my luck as well.. I get very nervous when I double my bets / chasing my losses..
Instead of doubling the 5 lay .. add 25 to the 4/10 that will pay 100 with only more risk
