Quincy's hotel reviews are on a whole other level, how many other hotel reviews have you seen where they check out the hotels pest control services?

First she locks herself on the balcony then she locks herself in the bathroom to avoid the yellow jacket. Oh Quincy we love you

Only Quincy would not only get locked on her balcony but also hide from Yellow Jacket in the bathroom. I'm sure staff appreciated her calls.
I felt seen when Quincy was hiding in the bathroom from the yellow jacket. *Really* seen. I’m not saying this happened before to me or anything………
But I’m also not saying it didn’t.

I think it’s worth adding that for those who like running/walking, AKL is the worst WDW resort for this. It’s our home DVC resort, but we rarely stay there for that reason (hello, laps of the car park). Might be a deal-breaker for some.

Melissa, it’s my home resort too, and I hear you about the running! I ran the 2017 lightening-cancelled half marathon in the parking lots. (I missed out on the option of running with the marathon and stopping in AK.) Before I joined DVC, that was another reason why I loved POFQ (and the beignets)!
I can’t imagine anything worse, Arthur! That’s definitely a well-earned medal - that parking lot is small and the opposite of magical! 🤣🤣 Well done! 🏅

I'm so glad you did the Sanaa quick service breakfast! I'm suprising my mom with a stay at animal kingdom lodge at the end of October and I was debating Boma breakfast on day, but I don't think she's quite ready for buffets yet... I had heard Sanaa did breakfast but wasn't sure how nice it was or if it would feel like a food court situation. It looks like a nice option!!
Best resort walk thru ever i felt like i went through a journey. I have seen alot of those stock photo yellow jackets flying around you have to watch out.
It was overwhelming arriving at this resort without doing absolutely zero research 🤦🏻♂️. My fault because I wanted everything to be a surprise.

To your editor, it would be helpful to put the names of things up on the screen as Quincy says them so we can see how they're spelled, especially with African names that we've never heard before. Quincy talks so fast I can't understand the names sometimes. Thanks, love the videos.

What a wild ride this was. I now have an unreasonable fear of getting locked out on the balcony and of stinging things coming in my hotel room.

With the Goat Cheese Dip, you said you should like olives. My question is that I LOVE black olives but can't stand green olives. So, which one in in the goat cheese dip?
I would love if you could do a Coronado Springs tour. We like CBR but are looking to branch out to try the other moderates and were considering it for our next stay☺️. Port Orleans/Riverside would be great also.
I think I meant port orleans riverside/French quarter. Obviously I need a tour, I don’t even know the name.
Unless things have changed the park buses stop at Kidani first then Jambo. The Disney Springs bus is what you would take from Jambo to Kidani.

I love this resort so much. I loved staying here as a kid.
The thing about Kidani Village is that if you’re unlucky, you may have a 10-15 minute hallway walk to the lobby.
Great job at Animal Kingdom Lodge! What about the Grande in early December for Christmas stuff ?
Jambo House may have a stunning lobby, but nothing compares to the smell of the Poly’s.
Great resort. Fantastic theming and the best restaurants overall of any of the Disney resorts. The downside is the distance from all the parks except Animal Kingdom. Really worth the trade off though at least to try it once. My family visits Disney often and has stayed at almost all the deluxe resorts repeatedly and despite the distance from other parks this still firmly ranks in the top three for everyone without even taking into consideration it is cheaper than most of the rest.
Quincy, I really enjoy your resort tours. This one was exceptionally funny though. I honeymooned at AKL in 2005 and it was fabulous!!

The rooms look dated and drab .Everything is brown and it looks depressing .I get that the lobby is amazing but we cant live in the lobby for a week.The food was also overrated ,people losing their minds over a bread service smh.
ive watched every? video of hotels in disney world and none of them was speaking to me... but this one, it felt like sparks were going off so hopefully i can go at some point : )

Absolutely LOVED this. Right down to the pop on the floor, the balcony lockout, and the yellow jacket.

I know the resort inside & out as it’s my DVC home resort, but I haven’t stayed there since September 2019 as the borders still aren’t open to us from the UK. I’ve really missed it so thank you for such a thorough video. 💕
Uzima Pool is 11,000 square feet (not gallons) :)
