Inside of leaving your box up to fill it maxy, use one of your milk crates to lay the back of the head on and fill it right next your bucket, it’ll be fully open from the springs and easier to fill mate. It was very frustrating to watch you do that haha. Boxes look like they’re running well out of the package! Love my Columbia’s in Australia 👌🏼
Aye the lad I first learned about boxes with was a bit of a wizard and we wouldn't bother wiping after running the boxes on flats , sucks back anyway and we always pole sand 1st and 2nd then top coat by hand for the human touch 💁♂️ Do you find your boxes can loosen off and slip off the catches of the pole? Happens each run if I don't check every re fill. Just know one day I'll not catch It and straight onto the concrete slab 🥴
@@Maxkil nightmare eh mate the price of a box you'd think they'd have sissed a decent system to lock it on place since we're using it well above head height half the time 🙄
I like that filler tube way better than the bucket pump! thanks for ALL the vids Max
Thanks mate! Appreciate it
@@Maxkil Where/What is this filler tube ?

A lot harder work by yourself but more dollars in your pocket, your looking a lot fitter to, major benefits all round.
using a skimming blade after using a 10inch box for your fill coat your glazing your fill coat not a bad idea if you have the time to do so
named colombia because of it makes white lines ?

What's the tool he uses to wipe the coat out with called?
Weeks, BUY A PUMP DUDE! Pay 500 for that fat boy box but don't have a pump lol
I dont get to use it too often man. Otherwise i would
👍👍👍
Extend your handle out too maxy to make it easier on your shoulders or you’ll be waking up busted the next day
Lot less wear and tear on your body.
If your box is set correctly you shouldn't have to wipe down your joints
Called a wiping blade or skimming blade mate .. buy them together with the pole most plastering shops
@@geordie-drywall It's for amatures who don't know how to run a box properly.
Your pressing way too hard. Mud should not be pouring out the sides of your box like that
