In case of the Karrs, Laurence Hugo was the original Mike and Teal Adams was Sara Karr his wife. When Teal Adams wanted to leave, she wanted to have Sara killed off. A fee months later Ann Flood became Mrs. Nancy Karr and received top billing under Hugo. When Hugo was replaced with Forrest Compton, Ann Flood was on top of the list. Joel Carothers didn't join the cast until the 70s

ABC's version went from dusk to dark but their version has the title meet in the center of the screen from top to bottom and zoom in.
I'm surprised Joel Crothers wasn't listed higher in they credits. He should've been listed after Ann Flood.
