When I was a little girl my grandpa used to take me to get ice cream after my ballet classes.. We always used to sample all sorts of stuff when we’d go and then split a sundae. My grandpa is still with us, but his memory is fading.. This made me feel so nostalgic and relaxed. Thank you for the upload. ❤️

This was fantastic, I live in house where everything is slammed way too loud (cabinets, doors, etc). The gentle placement of the toppings back on the shelf was so refreshing. I’m so thankful for this break from reality
I've been in a house before where the mom and son didn't talk much and the house was so quiet you could hear the clock ticking, it was kinda weird for me to hear a house that was so silent. But I can imagine things banging around the house all the time would get annoying as well.

The sheer effort that goes into putting all the ingredients into specific jars, and the amount of different toppings and stuff just brings me so much joy. I don’t know why but it’s oddly comforting and warming.
I'm a 2000's kid but I've always really wished I grew up in the 50's where there wasn't as much technology and I wasn't addicted to video games, and the atmosphere of the towns just sounds so amazing.

this makes me experience a memory i never had, the lighting, the outfit, the background, it’s all so nostalgic.
When I started this video I automatically smelled that amazing “ice cream shop” smell that’s a combination of “vanilla + cold” and my body felt the cold air you always feel inside. I can’t eat ice cream anymore now unless I make it out of coconut milk and fruit and freeze it, or make a smoothie, and it’s so yummy, but it’s just not the same. My mom would take me shoe shopping at Shoe Carnival and then take me to the TCBY next door🥰 and then my town got a Cold Stone Creamery which I loved. I love all of it!

Wow, this is actually really good. I wasn’t born yet when these sort of ice cream parlors were around but from what I saw in movies this looks very accurate.
This is just wonderful. Lloyd is literally the most relaxing thing on the internet at this moment in time imo. It’s beyond “ASMR”. The subject matter, the quaint realism, the tone of voice used, the mic setup, the deliberateness of every movement, the highlighting of certain seemingly unimportant details, and those glorious pauses. It transcends ASMR. There is also the fact that Lloyd himself seems to be one of the most humble and benevolent ppl one could ever meet. Just amazing and one of a kind.

As soon as I saw the thumbnail I knew this would be gold. It's the single most comforting asmr video I've seen in a long time. How can you have such kindness radiating from you.
What I paid attention to is the color grading of the video which is just perfect for the vintage kind of look, and secondly I like it how you - after asking the customer a question - wait for a sufficient amount of time for us to make out an answer in our heads.

this is really nice. there used to be a place near me that continually kept the appearance of an old ice-cream parlor up, but covids effect on restaurants was too much for them to handle and they closed. ive been bummed about it for a while, but this does make me feel better. hope the family that ran it is doing okay.
