- EVERYONE'S FAVORITE EVENT! The MUD BOG! Viewers who are return visitors to our Annual TTC film event may be wondering about the "Judge" Sled Pull, or "Tug of War".. Unfortunately due to extreme weather conditions the previous day (Pouring Rain) we did not have appropriate surfaces to do these events. BUT IT MAKES FOR A PERFECT MUD BOG! Yes, its a little deeper than we anticipated, but this is what Mother Nature has provided us with... SO WE KICKED BUTT ANYWAYS! hah! Instead, we took EXTRA Footage of each of the events we were able to complete on this weekend.. and this is PART 1 of a very amazing MUD BOG!
Don't worry.. no trucks were harmed during the making of this film.. Hahah! Just kidding.. many need work .. THAT'S WHY WE LOVE THIS HOBBY!

They should stick the antenna up with a straw like the old AM/FM radios

best way to do the trucks so theirs no signal loss in the mud bog , is have your antenna as high as it can get , even if you have to rig it to be on top of the trucks for the muddling events let it act as electronic snorkel.

At 4:55 what he said was correct most of the parts on even are 2 to 8 dollars and the motors themselves are 100 that’s a cheep for what you get. They can run forever and every single part on those cars you can buy everything from the bodies to the tiny little gears and screws.

Thin piece of stainless steel mesh around the motor vent holes is great for mud bog use it on all my brushed trucks

Something I've always wondered but never tested would be, What if you had a hollow snorkel and routed your antenna threw it? Would simply keeping your antenna above water be enough to keep a signal? Providing no water damage is done and you keep your snorkel above water, would that be the solution? Could probably bend one up out of brake line or something if it didn't weaken the signal. Maybe have a bit of the antenna sticking out? Would love to see some tests
