Ok now I know for sure I play like Corbyn. I was playing my mono black budget recursion deck and a friend was trying out his mizzix deck for the first time. At some point I was tapped out so the rest of the table and he went for it and I was like let's see how your deck does it 😅😅😅

Love storm decks, but probably not as much as Corbyn. I wonder if it's possible to build a Ian Malcom storm deck using other players cards lol.

Love the cavern horde dragon include and I LOVE seeing Reaver Cleaver on Akiri! I have a deck that runs it as one of the main wincons to combo off and it's in any case an absolutely SICK card.

That Galazeth deck is rough stuff. Overloaded Cyc Rift, Board Wipe, Counterspell, Counterspell, Counterspell, Commander, Mass Exile Spell, Into a massive turn of solitaire with no resolution, Deflecting Swat... you get the point. WOOF.

His deck isn't a storm deck, so I just kind of forced a line that I saw. He didn't really have a payoff because I had him doing something his deck wasn't designed to do.

Pretty sure he reanimates all the creatures in his graveyard, and casts spells that give him benefits for having creatures in his graveyard. Nihil Spellbomb was cramping his style in these games!

Doesn't seem like the cycle deck was a good fit. Kinda just did nothing both games which always feels bad. I prefer decks to be more interactive and incremental rather than low impact all the way until you get one big swing turn. ALl the boardwipes and counters would have made me target Jason like the Akiri player to help exhaust some of his resources at least. Unfortunately, he seemed to be alone in that fight haha.
I interacted in both games... Then died 😜. Deck's an original concept so still a work in progress
