I have a garnet bracelet,can u please tell me which hand to wear n can it wear to sleep. I have a terrible left hip pain,backache 10 years ago n in 2018. I suddenly can't stand up straight up n got pain on my right leg down to feet,tickering n numbness till now. Last year I feel better after accupuncture can stand up straight. Now I can't walk or stand too long. I m now not so active as before n can't do my household work as before. Cos can't stand too long n not too straight up. Feel very stress n tired after washing up some vegetables n have to rest awhile. I have amethyst,garnet mixed colours tourmaline bracelet wearing on my right hand. I m already 74
