i like the original video i saw it after i had already sought out the album and had no idea of what the music was about i just had to have that sound and knowing the lyrics and seeing the video made me a fan of massive attack

greatly agreed. the cinematographer is quite famous, but I forget who it was. When I get a chance I will let you know who it is. Unless someone beats me to it.

I remember when I first saw this - it must have been over 10 years ago, and realised computer graphics had made it to the point where you can't tell it's not real any more. It had a filmic sensibility I'd never seen in CG. But I don't remember seeing the person. And was this put together with the permission of the video creator or in collaboration? Because I seem to recall the original video having a very sparse, haunting soundtrack.
