sorry to be a bearer of bad facts but i'm PRETTY SURE, like 90% sure that when you take the organs out of a dino that isn't on your diet (like the organs of the cera) it always has the rotten meat symbol _despite_ it not being rotten at all :/ so it would've been fine to eat, i just started noticing this while playing myself not too long ago xD im glad you got your diet going quick enough despite that loved the video! haven't seen you play carno in a while so it was a nice surprise :D

@@da.mombie mombie i think because you took the organ out of the cera body fresh, it was still good! i noticed it was still red/pink in the video, and rotten organs turn pure grey. i wish they had a different sniff symbol for non-diet meat chunks and rotten meat chunks tho. glad you didn't starve, regardless. that cera kill was awesome ^^

mombie, when you have vomit sickness, you're unable to get nutrients or eat until you get cured. if you try eating anything, you WILL vomit again. also, the sniffing icon for rotten meatchunks/organs and fresh meatchunks/organs are the same (if you dont have it on your diet like that cerato at 4:54 ). what you can do is see the color of the meatchunk/organs. if its a nice red-pink then its safe to eat and you'll get your nutrients. but if its a brown color that looks like crap then its rotten. :) (so basically you could've eaten that lung at 5:18 xD)

@@ExposedSkinn they should change it in general. even if the prey is on your diet the organs are shown wrong. if the prey gives protein, then all organs are shown as protein. which is ridiculous. a heart should been shown as protein, a lung as carbs and the intestines as lipids. that simple.

I was so mad that I was starving, but, this scene was absolutely worth it I'm so sorry, I didn't open the menu to look for the coordinates. but, it's pretty simple to find. I'm sure you know the way which goes from the southeast center to the swamp. there is a path which goes close to the east river and which you normally leave to the left when you walk to the swamp wall. just keep following this path to the southeast that's why I was shocked that I never was there before. I ran that path quite often ^^

I recommend you play on a server with rules - Islander is the best imo. I often see that it annoys you how other herbivores kill you in a herd or you as a predator, so I think you would have more fun just on Islander.
