You are human and everyone can see that you take on the majority of the workload yourself. Expect to have good days and bad days. Take one day at a time, and just do the best you can. Hi..about your eczema....just a remedy suggestion...try mixing 250ml bottle of extra virgin olive oil with 10 to 15 drops of clove oil..shake thoroughly and apply for a while..my son had the same and thats what cured it..also taking a table spoon of olive oil twice a day is apparently very good..love your family and your vlogs..keep it up..much enjoyed..tx..🤎🤎✌️

I love your authenticity! I love that your family and nothing has to be perfect all the time. I was raised to keep your home clean, kids clean and never to let people see you down. Well, I finally figured it out. I am only one person and I need to take care of myself and spend time with my family. The house can wait.
When my children were small, I experienced a lot of OCD. I was always exhausted from working outside of the home and also being a homemaker. It got a little hectic for me and I couldn't reign it in so I decided to talk to someone. My husband actually brought my attention to it because when you are going through it you can't see the problem. Now that I look back at it, I don't know how I made it through. It's only been since my children are now adults and I am a widow that I have learned to let go. The earth will not stop turning because there is a dish in the sink and my throw rugs are not placed just right on the floor. I am so thankful that you are realizing it's OK to let some things go.

Mayfair, I had to learn as parent's, we have to give ourselves grace. Especially as moms, we try to do so much in one day. It's okay to have a little down time. I know your refrigerator looked unorganized to you; however, it looked quite neat to me. You seem like an amazing mom and wife. Keep up the good work. Blessings to you and your family!
Thank you for sharing reality as is. I used to fuss about a lot of things and as I near the 50 mark, I realise I needed to chill out more. I am enjoying life with less worries.
I have three kids. You eventually learn to give yourself grace and it’s not going to be perfect always. Sometimes you gotta order out. Sometimes there might be dishes in the sink. Sometimes- the kids will watch more tv than usual. That is LIFE. As an adult when I was single- sometimes I was healthy and went to the gym. Other days I’d eat a whole small pizza and watch Ricki lake (90s). It’s called balance. Don’t stress yourself out. Eventually your kids will grow up and send you to voicemail because they are at brunch lol 😂
I have been struggling with the same issue but am so glad that it’s not me alone and am learning that it’s ok once in awhile not have things done to the T thanks Mayfair for sharing it’s really encouraging

The carbs would not help with managing weight. Eliminate the carbs walk daily and eat a portion size amount of food will help with weight loss. I know this since I struggle with weight myself.
