4 boiled egg
250 gm boiled,mashed,peeled potato
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 cup refined oil
5 powdered rusk
1 finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
For Marination
1 beaten egg
For Garnishing
1 handful chopped coriander leaves
How to make Egg and Potato Cutlet
Step 1 Prepare potato mixture
Combine the potatoes, onions, red chilli powder, salt and coriander leaves in a bowl and mix them well. Beat eggs in a separate bowl and set it aside.
Step 2 Add boiled eggs
Add boiled eggs to the batter and mix well again. Now, make small balls of this mixture and flatten them slightly. Dip these balls in the beaten egg mixture and roll them in powdered rusk.
Step 3 Heat oil and fry them
Heat oil in a frying pan and add the prepared cutlets. Fry till golden brown.
Step 4 Serve
