His talk will be about juggling different activities and being prepared for the unexpected.     I don't put in as much practice as I should, but learning to juggle got me through some really hard times. It's become like a really good friend who is always there for me.

    Juggling is fun. People will only realise this when they put in some time into learning how to juggle. I really enjoy juggling 5 balls especially.

      Excellent. How long can you do the 5-ball cascade for? I never got it solid. I wish we had TH-cam in the late 1980s when I first learned to juggle.

    In 9 months im still learn how to juggling 4 balls, each day i practice 3hr. It fun n alot of health benefit
