Heat up pan and fry pork (500g?) till brown Add 1tbs of salt Add 4-5 medium sized sliced onions Add 2 medium sized diced tomatoes Add 1tbs? chilli powder Add 1tbs? tumeric powder Add 1 diced potato Add 1 tbs of garlic and ginger paste Add 1 cup of water Cover with a lid (simmer on low heat for 15min maybe?) Uncover, check meat is soft and tender Serve and eat!
Its looking good, but could have been better.. But one tip. Never put potato beforehand. It absorbs everything and it breaks. Better to cook the meat in its oil. Boil the potatoes and put them when you put water. It will absord the masala and wont break. And the pork would be cooked in masala better. However, great video.
