- Ever since meeting Nipsey Hussle and co-founding Vector90, David Gross has been on a mission to help communities in South Central L.A. reclaim ownership of their neighborhoods. With the “Our Opportunity” fund, he plans to invest millions in real estate that will help people keep their dollars inside the community.
