  • Do you know your metals? It's time to travel back to some history and devour the beauty of traditional metals like Copper (Tamba), Bronze (Kansa) & Brass (Peetal with tin coating of Kalai).
With their own unique characteristics as spelt by Ayurveda, (drink from copper, eat in kansa and cook in brass); these metals have grown to be interdependent thus adding to each other's magic and charisma.
However, did you know that you can easily use these metals interchangeably also! One can for example cook food faster even in copper as it is a good conductor of heat.
Thus, Ayurveda definitely spells out the advantages of these precious metals and with P-TAL, we can definitely go beyond them.

Well its is said to not have sour foods like dahi, lemon etc in copper and brass so i think its not interchangeable if your food consists acidic ingredients
