Fair play to Ed, seems like he’s really doing well and he’s made for this type of property investment. However after saying last year that this is the avenue I wanted to take, this video makes it even more clear that I wouldn’t be cut out for the time, energy and in cases uncertainty it takes to organise and manage R2R! What a video, loved it 😍 , 9 is mind-blowing! We were keen to get some house to do SA (or even get into R2SA) but watching this I can imagine how busy life can become by doing it... You deffo need the right teams around you, otherwise it's impossible, not even to mention the sourcing part.
