My 19m old is taking a nap and I wanted to try this before we go to a parade today, so I did it with my 3yr old. It felt super secure! I was comfortable being completely hands free with him! I love this!
Even at the highest slow down speed it’s too fast, shame as it looks great but by the time you’ve stopped and started it a million times and your toddler is squirming around it’s hopeless.
A lot of the comments talk about not keeping up. And it’s not that I couldn’t keep up. But. I’m ADHD momma and a voice over with explanation would have been really helpful for me personally. I’m going to have to try this a million times before I get it right.
Definitely going to try this with my Moby! My son tries to squirm out of a front face carry now that he’s a bit bigger. I really struggled today at the doctor’s office and decided to find a different way to wear him!
This is awesome! I haven't been able to front wrap because my 8 month old wants to see the world so he squirms and leans. I tried this with a stretchy wrap that has a bit more structure, Keababies, and it works great. Couldn't make it work with Moby or Boba. Thanks for the video!
I like the outcome of this for my too-heavy/squirmy-for-me-to-carry granddaughter; but it looks extremely complicated! And the regular front hold with the Moby is a breeze for us! 😬
I could just kiss you! My 9 month old babygirl has just recently started fight naps and bedtime & she just can’t seem to get comfortable. She went straight to sleep in this hold with no fuss. I’ve been worrying about her not getting enough sleep for WEEKS. 🥲🥲🥲 THANK YOU! I’m typing this as she’s soundly asleep and has been for the last 45 minutes. ❤️
Could you post a real time and explained version of this hold? I cant seem to keep track when it's going so fast. Lol! But this looks so comfy and wonderful! I would love to try it with my Moby!
I tried this with a Moby but I have so much more slack than you did, it seems. I really wanted it to work because your wee one looked so comfortable and content. I’m struggling to find a good hold for my 20lb, 13 month old daughter. Any more tips that you may have for this would be appreciated?!
Omgoodness ! thank you so much for this video, I'm going to try this with my moby wrap when I go pick my oldest up from school. This looks so cozy for my Little one.
Are you stepping on your tails to hold the tension or putting them between your knees? I feel bad about stepping on mine but can never hold them w my knees well enough
Donya Rumore with this carry I don't have to do either! There's no tension to hold because it is pre-wrapped. After I put baby in, I just make sure to tighten in one direction so I can feed all the slack through the knot. I find this way a lot easier!
Emma Sneddon of course! That's why I try to keep the wrap spread out over muy back. It distributes the weight over a wide area so it minimizes or even eliminates pain points. The 3 layers over baby are also really supportive. Wrapping is so comfortable!
You can slow down the playback speed! But also this is not a beginner carry, it's a little more intermediate. Try the Front Wrap Cross Carry (also in my video library) for something much more beginner level. Thanks!
Thanks for your comment! Try slowing down the video playback speed. Also, I'd consider this more an intermediate carry than a beginner level. Try the Front Wrap Cross Carry video if you're just getting started!
@@AmyWrapsBabies I have slowed it down, but it’s still too fast - as many others have commented, especially with no verbal direction. I’m also not a beginner.

For everyone saying it’s too fast; you can slow down the video. I appreciate the swiftness to see in advance what I’m getting into!
Sorry for my ignorance…my age is showing. How can I slow it down? 😬

I watched it at half speed and the wrap still ended up somehow twisted in my clothes.

Just what I was looking for...def gonna try...thanks

Aw that's so great, thank you for the feedback!!
Wonderful mom❤❤❤❤
Way too fast! I'd love to try this but I can't keep up even with pausing over and rewinding.
Jenifer Martin you can adjust the playback speed for all YT videos. Try watching on 0.25x speed
Lol this has to be the most complex/difficult baby carrying I’ve ever seen
Feel like I’m watching an origami tutorial..
But the most secure at the same time. If I do this, I don't feel like I'll have to keep my hand on the baby's back just to be sure they won't fall out
Could you post a real time and explained version of this hold? I cant seem to keep track when it's going so fast. Lol! But this looks so comfy and wonderful! I would love to try it with my Moby!
If you're on a desktop you can slow video down in the settings!
Look nice and stylish while he’s in the wrapping. He’s so cute btw
Watched this about 20 times. Tried it about 10 times. 10 month old fell out every time. I just can’t. This moby wrap is going to the thrift store.

Lots of tightening! Keep the fabric taught as you wrap - most stretchy wraps have plenty of give. Better to start too tight and have to loosen!
Gonna try this. I tried front carry style but my boba wrap easily gets loose and i tighten them many times. 😅
Thanks so much! Boba is super stretchy, so I'm sure it is more the wrap loosening than your tightening abilities!

Change the playback speed if you’re having a hard time keeping up. Great tutorial!
Changed it and still won’t be doing this again by the middle of me doing this my baby was so frustrated /crying

These look great but how is your back after it... do they support the weight well so you aren't in pajn?

Can i drive bike alone with my son with this wrap
Kokila Amulu No! This would be very dangerous! Put your child in a child seat for bikes buckled up.
Kokila Amulu in moving vehicles baby should always be secured in a certified safety seat, but this is great for in between car seat rides!
That looks very complicated, I wished it would be with audio and in real motion.
Omgosh I need help doing this! That went to fast !

Other than you going way too fast to follow it’s a really great tie thank you for the idea
slow down the speed on the settings
Way too fast. I can't keep up. I've paused and rewound many times. Could you do a new one a lot slower please.
I played it in slow motion. Ty. I did it.
This wrap looks great, but this fast and with no instructions this video is HOPELESS!!!!

@@elliewrightschoolofdance6247 okay thanks for your feedback!
Privileged white woman wrap:waaay too complicated
You are going way to freakin fast for me to figure out the knot part. Moving on to another video.
Omg absolutely terrible. I went down to 0.25 speed and still can't figure it out. Boooooo
Same, a real shame isn’t it.
