Ingredients used:
1. Vetki fish - 600 gm
2. Salt- as per test
3. Black pepper powder- as per test
4. Lemon- 1 piece
5. Garlic- 2 piece hole
6. Ginger - 25g
7. Green chilies-as per test
8. Coriander leaves-as per test
9. All purpose flour ( Maida )
10. Egg- 2 Pc
11. Bread Crumb as per requirement
12. Refine oil
6 Easy Steps to be followed:
1. Step-1: Wash the Fish Properly
2. Step-2: Wash the all ingredients (Garlic, Ginger, Coriander Leaves & Green chillies along with lemon juice)
3. Step-3: Marinate the fish with Black Pepper & Salt.
4. Step-4: Then marinate the fish again with prepared paste of Ginger, Garlic, Coriander & Chillies.
5. Step-5: Dip One by One Marinated fish into All purpose Flower, then Egg & then Bread Crumb. Keep these marinated fish in freezer for 3 hours.
6. Step-6: After 3 hours of setting time Deep Fry all the fishes into Refine Oil in Medium Flame.
& your Delicious Vetki Fish Fry is ready to serve.
