จริงๆไม่ต้องมาชี้แจงอะไรให้มากความหรอกครับ ไปเจอกันที่ศาลถ้าศาลว่าไม่ผิดค่อยออกมาชี้แจงตอนนั้นก็ได้ครับ สิ่งเดียวที่ต้องชี้แจงคือบอกให้ทุกคนอย่าพึ่งตัดสินคนอื่นถ้าไม่รู้ความจริงทั้งหมด รอฟังคำตัดสินของศาลดีกว่าครับ “ให้นึกถึงคดีป๋าเด็ปไว้ครับ”
เคยพูดไว้ในหลายๆคลิปที่คดีมันโอละพ่อแล้วดาราไม่ผิด
ถ้าพิสูจน์ตัวได้แล้ว ว่าดาราเขาไม่ผิด
ดาราก็ควรได้รับความยุติธรรม
เขาควรต้องได้โอกาสกลับมาในวงการบันเทิง

ความจริงมีให้เห็นหลายเคสแล้วนะว่าชาวเน็ตทำลายชีวิตผู้บริสุทธิ์ตอนที่ยังไม่ทราบความจริงมาขนาดไหน แต่คนสมัยนี้ไม่เคยเรียนรู้ ผิดซ้ำๆซากๆ แล้วกว่าจะพิสูจน์ความจริง ยืนยันความบริสุทธิ์ให้คนเชื่อได้ บางคนถึงจะกลับมาทำงานได้แต่ผ่านช่วงพีคของตัวเองมาแล้ว กระแสที่เคยดังก็หมดไปแล้ว หรือบางคนไปต่อไม่ได้เลยก็มีเพราะเสียเวลาชีวิตไปกับการทวงคืนความยุติธรรม บางคดีเป็นปีๆนะคะ เสียหลายอย่าง คนพิมพ์ง่ายแต่คนโดนเป็นแพะดำเนินการหลายอย่าง เพราะงั้นเวลามีใครสักคนปลุกปั่นอะไรสักอย่างควรพิจารณาให้ดีก่อน ไม่ต้องรีบวิจารณ์ แชร์ข้อมูลเท็จมีโทษนะคะ ความจริงรอเขาโดนตัดสินผิดจริงอันนี้ค่อยน่าโกรธน่าว่า แต่คนส่วนใหญ่พวกนี้มักจะคันมืออยู่นิ่งไม่เป็น ใช้ความรู้สึกส่วนตัวมากกว่าเหตุผล หรือแม้กระทั่งบางคนเป็นขาจรที่ความจริงไม่ได้ตามข่าวอะไรมากมายแค่อยากเกาะกระแสแล้วเนียนมาด่าฟรีๆพร้อมหายเข้ากลีบเมฆก็มีเป็นประจำ

มีหลายกรณี
1.ต้องการผลประโยชน์จากอีกฝ่ายทั้งคู่พอเสียผลประโยชน์เลยชิ่งแฉก่อนและฝ่ายชายทำแบบนั้นจริงๆ(อันนี้ก็ต้องถามต่อเอาจะว่าทำไมถึงพึ่งแฉ)
2.ฝ่ายหญิงโดนจริงแต่ที่ทนเพราะอาจจะหลงฝ่ายชายมากแต่ที่แฉเพราะเรื่องคบซ้อนเป็นเหตุที่ฟางเส้นสุดท้ายขาดลงและฝ่ายชายอาจจะมำจริงๆ
3.ฝ่ายชายเป็นผู้บริสุทธิ์จริงที่อาจจะไปทำอะไรให้ฝ่ายหญิงไม่พอใจหรือเกลียดซเลยใส่ร้ายฝ่ายชาย(ยังไม่มีเหตุผลรองรับนะว่าเกิดจากอะไรต้องถามต่อเรื่อยๆเอา)
4.ต้องการผลประโยชน์จากอีกฝ่ายทั้งคู่แต่ฝ่ายหญิงอาจจะเป็นคนเสียผลประโยชน์ก่อนเลยใส่ร้ายฝ่ายชายซึ่งฝ่ายชายอาจจะมีส่วนผิดก็ได้เล็กๆ(เรื่องคบซ้อน)หรือออาจจะไม่มีเลยก็เป็นได้
แต่ยังไงก็ตามทุกคนควรคุยด้วยเหตุผลกันนะคะทั้งฝั่งแฟนคลับและฝั่งที่คิดว่าบิวทำเลยแฟนคลับบางคนก็ใจเย็นๆกันบ้างนะคะบางคนเขาไม่ได้ด่าหรือว่าบิวเลยแค่วิเคราะลอยๆขึ้นมา(ไม่ได้กล่าวชื่อ)ในกรณีที่อาจจะทำจริงๆและหลักฐานในณเวลานั้นมันเททางฝ่ายหญิงมากกว่าค่ะเพราะถ้าจู่ๆจะมาปกป้องมาบอกไม่ได้ทำๆแบบแค่เพราะแค่รู้จักมานานมันก็ไม่ใช่เหตุผลถูกมั้ยคะ ส่วนอีกฝ่ายนึงก็เซฟๆคำพูดขึ้นหน่อยนะคะอย่าพึ่งด่ากันแรงๆนักเลยเข้าใจค่ะว่าคุณโมโหกับพฤติกรรมพวกนี้ถ้ามันเป็นเรื่องจริงเป็นเราเราก็โมโหและไม่โอเคเช่นกันแต่สิ่งที่เราทำได้ในตอนนี้คือการคัดกรองข่าวสารชัดเจนและดีที่สุดค่ะ

1. Plagiarism (the very first reason why this case arose): not true, P was misunderstood (she even admitted herself in an interview on FB). Dr. Sammon confirmed it herself in her twt acc that 4MINUTES is pure from her, just has the same title. B said he didnt know and didnt tell anyone (same statement at the event 21/01 with the 40-min phone recording).
2. Abuse: B said they were just playing around, because thats what they used to doing when they were friends. It was mutual. P also did that to him. The pics provided by P has not proven authentic yet (some even said she got the bruises because she was drunk and fell herself).
3. Cheating: not true. P said she knew Khun K (B's ex) and B had relationship with her when he was still with Khun K. But, Khun K said they broke up in 2020 and still maintained friendships after that, she added that B never abuse her when they were together. P was furious after K's statement. First LIE.
4. Pete's role and dating: P said B got the role Pete because of her, which meant BEFORE KP cast audition. But then she changed her statement (on tt comment): she dated B AFTER he joined Filmania, which meant AFTER KP cast audition. Girl got confused by her own plot. Funfact: B was first auditioned for the role Tay, but the producers ask him to try for Pete. Also, B didnt know P before joining Filmania. After Filmania became BOC, they did re-audition (without the authors involved) and B still maintained his Pete role. Another lies.
5. Pregnant: suspicious. first P said she had to do abortion bcs the father didnt want the baby, she knew that it was son (she already knew the gender of the baby). then, she changed her statement: it was miscarriage, she didnt know she was pregnant. she was depressed and took medication for that, it caused the miscarriage. she took pic for pinterest and posted it like it was her own, when people pointed that out, her excuse was "just to fit the mood"?. she also deleted her tweet about pregnancy and said bcs people reported her tweets so the post was deleted by Twitter, although clearly 'the tweet has been deleted by the author' was there. LIE.
6. Gifts: please underline the word, GIFTS. It's gifts. B didnt ask them, P gave them herself. B refused but P still insisted. B didnt feel pleased at all and already gave them all back to P. About condo, B refused it so P has to sold it with lower price, she got mad at B bcs of that.
7. Money: B said she keep transferring money to his account then told him to transfer the money back to her without explaining anything. B did what she told him. All the money she gave him, he already give them all back (more than the actual amount) along with the gifts to her.
8. MORE LIES: 1. she dated Junho 2PM, 2. Netflix was suing her for 10M baht because 4MINUTES was 'stolen' (yes just bcs it has the same title bffs) and asked B to send her the money, 3. She edited her face on someone else's body💀, 4. The branded things she uploaded on her IG feeds were not her own (cr. pinterest, other person's IG, etc etc), 5. If she IS the victim, why it seems that she was obsessed and after her abuser so much? (ref: the chats ss (from B side) and the fact that she said herself she was trying to contacted B but she was blocked everywhere--why would your abuser blocked you?💀)

It's so sad people are not ready to accept that male victims exist. Build suffered so much yet people chose to believe that woman's lies.
