Bonnie is just about the most beautiful mare I’ve seen. Absolutely gorgeous! Congrats, Matt.

Not sure if you still have Bonnie and I’m sure she’s been to the best vets in the country. But I’ve seen a few mares act like her and also not keep weight on. One had an ovarian cyst and the other a mild sand stone in her intestines which was basically causing mild intermittent colic/tummy ache. All causing lack of focus and irritability and weight gain issues.

I do have her! I’m going to check that out immediately! Thanks!

I also like that you have a Lotta loose rain not many people I like that they tighten up but you have a nice handle and a nice hand to move them

What about using Purina Equine Senior, it's made to keep weight on senior horses with health issues, logic begs to reason it would work great in situations such as putting weight on a young healthy horse.

I wonder if Bonnie really enjoyed the cheering and that attention effected her performance.

What was the cause of the 1/4 crack? Does he have a particular confirmation issue that caused it?.

It was all shoeing related. Our new shoer has done an incredible job getting his feet level and balanced. He works very well with our vet.

These horses are way too young to be ridden hard like this. And he’s way too big for them.

I noticed a lot of riders mounted on quarters, mainly men are too big for this. Breed in general.
I sed the same in trainers.
They are too tall or overweight.
      Quarters are relatively small.
      Of course I've seen taller.

The mongols conquered the world on ponies around 13 hands.. Big horses are less athletic, more injury prone and certainly dont have better endurance. So nope.
