Got him but he level 66 and does only 100-200 on normal and on skill its 2-3k he boost one since me knew i really like shanks he my fav can someone pls tell me should i keep grinding for him? Since he barely does damage and how to level him up i got no frags tho
Believe me at lvl 100 he’s on another lvl. As you can see in gameplay. So yeah he’s worth investing.
