If your going to do heroes in another dimension at some point make sure you have ice because even guarding without ice or spider can ruin your no damage run I also realized that is the hardest Kirby game to do no damage in

I remember when i first played this several years ago with my best friend
EDIT: then a few months ago we finally beat the three mage sisters, it was the hardest thing ever, we still haven’t beaten Soul Melter EX bc of the final bosses

Have you tried using either sword or either meta Knight/dark meta Knight? Its quite viable plus having rick, kine, coo are also helpful apparently Rick's dash attack (stone Rick) can protect them from damage and because you can piggyback in this game using this move while piggybacking Rick does make you invincible too
