We start with a big, functional foyer, then into a spacious, open-plan living/dining/kitchen area. There's both a pantry and a convenient laundry/mudroom area. This plan checks pretty much all my boxes!

Love it so much! It belongs in the Texas hill country, like maybe Kerrville, alongside the Guadalupe River or on a property with a natural spring fed swimming hole. Come in the mudroom door after floating on an inner tube on the river, get cleaned up, and settle on the back porch with sweet tea and barbeque watching the deer graze at sunset.

I love the stone and wood. The layout is good but need a third bedroom. Love big covered screened porches. The new design program is great.
This is so cozy. There are changes I’d have to make with my architect, and I’d want a finished walk out basement. The roof lines would need some changes-we live in snow country. The fireplace is just so perfect that I’d have to have our cast iron stove in the basement. Kitchen work island with extra storage. Except for the roof lines and the basement, it’s just about perfect.

Same. The only thing I was thinking was in the second bath, the way the sink was super squared off, don’t really know how to explain it but I’d replace that with a more rounder bowl. Other than that, this home is perfect ❤
Nice 2 bedroom 2 bath home! I like the kitchen fine as the pantry is large enough to allow for small appliance storage. Great master suite and the smaller bedroom is adequate and a 2nd bathroom serving guests and the 2nd bedroom. Great floor plan!
This may be the one for me! Absolutely in love with the living room/kitchen/diming area is exactly what im lookimg for! Maybe add an additional bedroom and bathroom amd garage but thats not a problem to put in,

Beautiful. The plans at the end indicate a set of doors going to the back porch, but not in the walk-thru.
I would probably put a stove/oven with a microwave vent over it where the cooktop is in the video and move the fridge to the left of the sink. I notice the plan shows the dishwasher to the right of the sink but in the video you have it in the bar, behind the sink, and shows the cooktop in the bar. You could have a downdraft vent behind the cooktop, one that raises and lowers. I like a dishwasher to the right because I'm right handed so it's more efficient for me. But I think this place is STUNNING!

Downdrafts usually vent thru a basement & then out. Much to consider in a build.
My take: dishwasher needs to be with the sink, not rinsing and placing in dishwasher Across from sink; refrigerator doors need to open towards the counter, not away. Cooktop with microwave would be ideal- cooktop in the island doesn’t appeal to me, but others may desire it. Love the wood & stone shown throughout. 👏👍
What a spectacular house, love, love, love the design! Very well laid out design! Absolutely gorgeous perfect home! Love the three porches too! The inside reminds me of the first house my husband and I built ourselves, it was a timber frame with exposed beams and tung and groove ceiling with a 25 ft cathedral ceiling over our living area with large windows on the peak side! Took us five years to build after treating the timbers and allowing them to dry for a few months before we started to erect the building! We sold it and built a stick frame home. I sure miss the timber frame and wished we would have not sold it! Seeing this style home reminds me of our first house, it too was spectacular! Our staircase and landing was make out-of pecan wood from a.three hundred year old tree that had come down in our area. Wirh my brother in laws saw mill we were able to cut the huge planks for our stair steps and also make a very nice landing! I would love tje plans for tje house by jasper, could someone post the information please!

Very lovely i didn't see a wardrobe in the first bedroom unless the cupboard in the bathroom was it hmmm not good for clothes though
Love the outside but just for my taste a whole lot of wood where perhaps sheetrock would have been a better choice. Still all in all a nice set up.
Very nice house, I personally miss the bathtub. The tiles in the second bathroom are horrible. Otherwise very good work, I like the house a lot.

This home is stunning! Amazing work designing this. I wonder how much it would be to have a home built just like this?
Exceptional design from all points. It may be just a preference but I found exterior the stone work to be heavy with all the contrasting colors. It would have a more settling effect if there were just one or two slight variations in the shades of rock. Living area would expand visually with plaster walls giving the space a chance to breathe and allow the elegant layout the visual impact it deserves. Ceilings are lovely and the mud room clearly designed by someone who actually does laundry😊.
You even put the dishwasher off line from the stove! Again, someone who entertains and understands flow. Real life at an optimum, warm, interesting and yet completely livable level. Congratulations!

Love the shower with room enough for a shower chair. Nice small bathroom off laundry room. No television in the living room is not an American way, plus most Americans don't have a television in their bedroom. But these are small things that can be changed. Otherwise this is a very nice house for someone like myself.

Love it but how does the dryer vent to the outside. Seems like bedroom 2 could have its entrance closer to the side egress and have stackable washer/ dryer next to the side door.

Up/down shades on all windows/doors. For me, one of the few small plans where the different floor materials seem to flow smoothly/naturally. I’d add a third stool at the kitchen island and sconces either side of dining room art. Also, décor-wise, remove the juvenile plaques in master bedroom & do something adult & color saturated such as Klimpt.
