Econo Lodge properties contain a minimum of 40 guest rooms and are often located near interstates and major highways.
Over $600,000 in renovations and upgrades were completed after the property was acquired by the owner in 2011, including: pool, furnishings, electronics, carpeting, bedding, interior and exterior paint, heat/air, electronics, monitoring and more.
