The only problem with bicycles is that you may have the priority, but not the same chassis.

Stu, I have lived in Portugal for 18 years now, and while they appear to tolerate the many Spanish visitors and property owners (who in my opinion come here with an arrogant, "we are better than you" attitude, because they earn more money), the Portuguese would absolutely not like to be referred to as a "Province of Spain". The Country is actually 700+ kilometres from North to South.
Spain of course has more UK tourists, but I would love to see a calculation of "Numbers of Tourists in each Country as a percentage of Population". We might be somewhat surprised.

Like we in Spain tolerate the british drunken hordes jumping from one balcony to the next one.

Maybe Feijoo will promise not to adopt the ideologically regressive policies of Vox. He seems to be having difficulty doing that.

Unfortunately the F-word in politics has been resurgent in practice over the last decade in many countries, but it's long been an undercurrent in politics. If it quacks like a duck, it's probably a duck.
They might not call themselves by the F-word, but when their beliefs, rhetoric, and slogans come 2nd or 3rd hand from more extreme circles by osmosis, or even strait from history, what's the difference? People with vile beliefs vs. people with vile beliefs in denial. It's just the modern version of the related historical political phenomenon - so far, thankfully, a lower calorie diet version that's more bark and less bite, but that distinction doesnt matter for their erstwhile victims. (Such as Latino US war veterans that were alien but served and should've been granted citizenship automatically, but because they never technically got their papers in order, recent zero tolerance immigration policies implemented seeking them out and deporting them on clerical technicalities, for fun. There were a couple hundred of these last I checked).
In the US, it was either deliberate, or unfortunately allowed anyway, the slogan and related policies called "America First" for example started off differently, but was later picked up in the 1930's by the Klan and the American Nazi party and other fascists.
If they don't want to be called by what they are, they are very welcome to drop the act. Which is the problem, it's not an act, they are serious, even if they don't realize how dangerous it is for the historical significance and precedence. They didn't know they'd be executing the Holocaust a decade prior when they were "only deporting" Jews, the ideological and racial bigotry and other bigotries were the first steps that lead them there. I've heard an academic refer to this as the ratchet effect: in the 2000's you were someone fiscally and socially conservative, today you're publicly frothing at the mouth over gays and immigrants, trying to overthrow your "Bolshevik" government that's "run by the Jews."
History might not repeat, but sometimes it rhymes!
