Yes I did, hope you found the search for a hooded cab fun !! We have strict lengths here. Our trucks are roughly limited to the length of your OTR trailers 53 feet, hence the cab overs here.
@@TheBostonTrucker Are these kind of trucks that you are driving within this video legal within the UK? I am 19 years old and looking to get into trucking! I want to have a truck that has a big spacious cab like yours and also be able to do international long distance transportation.
Wow! What a ride! Never thought I would here you even think of driving an automatic. I would trade off myself for that ride. How many times did you put your foot down for the clutch and or shifter lol.
Welll....I'd rather have "Super Trucker Dans" super sleeper. He's got one of those sticks on the floor. AND a shower too! Haha! God Bless Mike. Todd Konoske the retired trucker.
Nice setup. Does the added weight in the big sleeper reduce your load weight you can carry? How do you manage with a longer wheel base when backing in tight yards?
Overall weight always decreases legal payload weight. This truck typically hauls trade shows so the loads aren't usually as heavy as a typical freight truck.
Hello, how are you? Thank you for the interesting content! What advice can you give to emigrants truckers on U.S. roads? I'm not talking about politics, of course.I mean driving style, various useful tips that we don't know and something else.
It's immigrants to start 😅. Number one and I'm not talking about you but they should learn the language as soon as possible so they can read the signs and communicate with other people. Driving style number one rule, stay to the right except to pass, I see a lot of foreign drivers who like to sit in the left lane not moving fast enough. Try and carry themselves as a professional and that will help them gain respect from their peers and customers.
@@TheBostonTrucker Thanks for the tips. I am from Russia and your words are very important to me, because I want order and safety on the roads. I will convey your words to all my colleagues.Thank you for your channel!
I'll also talk bad about it to his face but it's an awesome truck but he feels like I do, would be just a little better with a gear shift, more control.
It's an nice beautiful blue rig, it's neat that it has an bathroom in it, don't have to pee in bottles and poop in buckets with replaceable bags in them. It looks weird not seeing an shifting stick in it, it's an automatic, I never drove any automatics.
Mike and his crew are great people. Get to see them all the time out in Vegas. Trucks are gorgeous especially in person.
I agree Mike
What a beautiful rig
Awesome video and interview Mike!! Keep up the great work! Snow is "just around the corner" for both of us living here in New England.
We've got about an inch here now.
It is the perfect colour ! 😊
Thought you would like it. 👋😁
What, no heated pool @ 3:00? Nice Western Star 156 bunk! Why even go back home.😁😁😁
😅
A piece of art ❤❤❤
Wow SIMPLY amazing
78 years old, retired UK trucker and would rather have an automatic than chase a a bloody gear lever around the cab all day long !!!
Thanks for checking in Bill. Did you see my video from the UK over the Summer?

How many trucks has Dave had? Lol. Always has gorgeous big bunk tractors.

10-4 driver so would I
Damn what happened it just ended in the middle of talking to Dave 😱
We weren't really feeling like doing an interview in the end.
Man I always load at that fuel terminal in Revere
That bunk is the size of a 1 bedroom apartment in Revere. 😂
Totally could rent it out to a small family.

How do you not run into issues with the length requirements or the weight requirements?
So what's it like trying to drive a limo hooked up to 53 ft trailer that must have been fun
Piece of cake!
The only way this truck could get any cooler is if it was a long nose Peterbilt or Kenworth w900
👋😁
How much does that truck cost?
Mike she has room
Little bit.
Are you able to park at all truck stops?
Nope
@@TheBostonTrucker Would there be a problem backing into a receiver and can you park at least 75% of truck stops?
ok...where do i apply to drive such a jewel (perfect with a manual gearboxe)?
why owning a house?
Nice Truck bro
Thanks 👍
Ah ok 👍 From Philippines 🇵🇭
looks difficult to drive. great video
You would think so, but it's actually pretty easy. 👌
What's he haul?
Are you able to drive in California?
Yes
I cannot get over the length of these articulated lorries. They definitely would not be able to negotiate British Roads very easily.
Wtf is up with the mirror on the ceiling? Lol
Creates an illusion I guess of some thing are bigger than they are

Didn't think you'd talk bad about the truck as you were sitting in it. lol But, no shifter? That is a cockless pit, eh?
