What do you think is wrong with my Acrobat? I do not see the options to creat bookmarks. I've been done everything I can to find those buttons. They won't show. Could you suggest me something to fix this issue?

What version of Acrobat are you using?

It doesn't matter the version, it should always be accessible on your left when using Acrobat (old or new).
