I succeed on the habit of making my bed and to wake up at 6:40 am and to exercise jog regularly, 5 push ups for 5 reps and 5 squats for 5 reps I am 14 years old I belif I will increase difficulty with time and add a new habit meditation and regularly study. Jose thank you for the support!

But I like what this guy says about owning your flaws and how that's an integral part of a high value man... I did notice he contradicts himself at the end from the beginning though, but I agree with the back end of that which is that money doesn't make the man-living his higher purpose/values does.
