My team consistently dropped his shield with two swords and a tractor, as long as you bait him over to the starting point by standing on the balcony before jumping down to him. Tractor jumps down first to boop him and bait out a sword slam, and both swordbearers slam down with heavy from the air when crota sword slams, then immediately Super/heavy/heavy.
Sword damage is not inconsistent, you're doing the wrong combo and doing it off uneven surfaces. Heavy - Super - Heavy - Heavy on a flat surface, or moving uphill instead of downhill, and lead with Tractor Cannon. Works 100% of the time, every time.
This is just straight up wrong crota can slam through you, literally anywhere on the map, and if he does, your hit will whiff,including a super. 1 miss and you fail challenge. no reason to tell people “just go here and just hit i out perfectly and hope he doesn’t move” instead of just simply getting a 3rd sword to guarantee things. Also light>heavy>super>light>heavy >>>
@@SneakyBeaver Also, if you have Lucent Blade on, it fucks with Hive Sword, which may explain your damage disparity. It's not wrong. I stand by what I said. And if you want credentials, I'd be happy to send a Raid Report, so that you know I know what I'm talking about.
@@SneakyBeaver That's just objectively wrong. Every time he has swung through me my super has still hit him, if it whiffs for you, that just sounds like a skill issue. Also, you can just wait for him to slam first. Heavy super heavy heavy is THE highest damging combo, I have no idea where you got that combo, but it doesn't even compare. You show it in the video doing about a third of his health with tractor, meanwhie, heavy super heavy heavy does a bit over half of his health on master without tractor
Light ,heavy, supe,r heavy attack with the relic will take Crota shield down about 2/3. If you have two people use this method you only need two swords instead of three. Gives you a little extra time.

I need people who knows what to do and how to do crota's end on master. Since this raid came out, i have tried for months but could never ever ever defeat crota. I just wanted that ship from the raid. But everytime either they leave once some one dies or tries for 3 times and then leaves. Even if some people stays others makes a mess who actually dont know but lies about knowing. I dont have a mic but i at least know what to do. I always kept crota's gaze or went to dunk for damage cuz I don't have a mic and dont want to mess up. Why can't i find players who knows what to do has patience and wants to finish it. Why?????? Is there anyone here among 20k+ people who would help me get that ship? Does anyone exist like me who want that ship or wants to defeat crota? Anyone? I'm stressed about this crota, I can't believe after trying for thousands of times i could never ever defeat crota. Never. Lets see if anyone from here helps me. Until that I will just wish and dream of defeating crota unlike anyone. Please for God's sake help me Defeat crota. Please man! I will uninstall this game if i am not able to defeat crota even though i love this game. Only those gamers would know this emperor level of frustration and pain of uninstalling the game.
AFAIK the challenge is to destroy his shield within 3 seconds of first damage, basically same thing I've also heard Heavy attack in the air does more damage than normal, but only when under light weirdly enough. EG contest/master. Good to start attack combos

Just got this done. I highly recommend two sword strat, 2 burning mauls to stun, and 4 wells

There's a bug where if you do the sword super at the same time, damage is reduced.

I’ve def seen his shield broken slower than 3 seconds from multi swords. I believe the fail trigger happens when all active swords have despawned
