Jiffy Pancakes

This is an easy recipe for making a different variation to traditional pancakes. I ran out of flour so I had to improvise.
Ingredients:
1 Cup flour
1 8oz box of Jiffy
1 Cup Buttermilk (vegan)
2 Flax eggs
1 T Sugar
Vanilla
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cool on medium low heat. Enjoy!!
