PG3D devs need to add a weapon with mythical resistance (A weapon that makes you take 50% less damage from only mythicals). This would put legendaries in the meta again.
No 50 is to much and what about the automatics and people still use legendarys like hsr falcon aphrodite nice idea but it's wouldn't have a good result on many mythicals

ecko, if you already get Terror Spreader at your hands, once you reload, it recovers you HP full while the Sacrificial Altar, it has no delay, can be use for 3catspam but has bullet travel
Nice Vid Ecko but I just want to say those are a lottery weapon and it's random to get parts for weapon and because it's random you don't know what you will get and might happend that you will officially get special even if you don't want to

I still think the heavy elf crossbow is better than the terror spreader due to it not having to reload, the weakening effect, and its tighter spread

Terror can be catspam its just rune buster fixed delay type.
From using the special alot lately, I can say it's good for 3 cat in small maps like arabian dust, pool party, and ice palace.
I really like the primary it's really a good shotgun and also the melee looks promising and the speacial maybe too

Heavy elf crossbow is just a catspammable with two delays.
While terror spreader is a catspammable with fixed delay.
I think the melee’s lifesteal gives you armor when you’re at full health
