Sandy if some of the motorway princesses where to come up here the first thing they would say , I can’t get in there , these bloody roads are a nightmare at times I’ve always worked on the principal if your not sure get out the cab and have a we walk , I’m retired now but it’s these kinds of roads that make you worth your salt
I know what you mean Sandy at 6:12 I’m a 14 year old working on a dairy farm in Ireland and it’s nearly worth the whole days hard work just to watch the sun set from the top of the hill after I shut the cows in. Also I think you are working very hard on your business and I wish u the best of luck with it

Love driving up in Glencoe yes the roads are rubbish and bad for your motor but more fun and challenging and makes you a better all round driver than just sitting on a motorway all day. Great content as ever.

Hi sandy I totally agree with you it's not easy driving in the Highlands of Scotland . It's very easy to get a buckled wheel years ago when doing timber out of the forests in near Dingwall I had a big fir tree come down on my cab , just part of what happens narrow roads tight turns big boulders waiting to bite a wheel. I have been doing hgv for 35 +years its not easy , I now do fresh salmon from fish farms in northwest Scotland to Europe going to Spain Portugal Italy then Austria Romania and Hungary. I like you are a owner driver and I now have a scania 770s v8 plus 2other trucks it took years to get where I am now so keep at it you will get reward in hard work as you were like me keen and hungry lad just keep them wheels turning . I wish you all the best sandy love your videos plus you getting in on repair an Maintenance

Hi Sandy stick a GoPro on near side wing pointing down to verge and do a fast forward coming up A82 - I guess average 6 to 12 inches leeway for best part of 65 mile !
I work all over the Highlands but I just drive 18 toners but still go down tight roads damage is enviable with the amount of time you spend on tight roads

Sandy i dropped of 🚁 parts nr Glasgow then to Fort Augusts to collect minning equipment from top of mountain ⛰️ they were building hybrid dam about 15 years ago I was in left-hand drive daf it was snow ❄️ badly I pi k up two preesis for mine machines been to Scotland many time with lowloader then I delivery to Germany 🇩🇪
The roads uo that way are my favourite was regularly in that mill up glencoe over to Isle of skye and the likes. Off road with wood chipper loading a walking floor then into farms makes a good day's work and the views and people made it even more worth it would do it again any day than sit on the m6. The way you have built your company has inspired me to go on my own it's hard work, but if it works out, it's all worth it. Nothing ventured. Nothing gained.
