I had a lil tabby cat do this exact same sleeping pose. She was constantly under heat because the owner "couldn't afford it" so I would usually be the mediator when she whines off my way, tippy toe and knead/mark on top of me until she eventually loses steam. Miss that cat, shes fixed and is less skinny now
