The flower stalls are always special. There also seemed to be a good few underwear stalls, now you have pointed them out, I can't stop seeing them. The weather here is terrible & we are bracing ourselves for storm Franklin.

We had two very hefty storms last week in Northern Germany (just West of Hamburg).
The wind was very loud around the house & lots of rain has caused small rivers to overflow.
SInce the ground was so wet it was warned that the second storm could uproot trees just because the ground was so soft.
At 4 am in the second storm there was atremendous clap of thunder (rare in Winter) that woke the whole household.
But we did not hear the tall birch tree that came down in our neighbour's garden - luckily not hitting most of the house.
Anyhow, I flew out to PMI on Sunday & enjoyed the weather today in Peguera (hike to Cala Fornells & Cala d'en Monjo) whilst hearing that there was snow back home...The plane to PMI on Sunday evening (an A320) was just about full. The hotel where I am is also said to be full.

what a fabulous looking market. Anita looks to be in her glory at these markets, surely you don't let her run loose with a bank card in her possession. You're having a very good spell of weather Steve, I imagine you have heard of the storms that hit the UK. Some towns have been badly damaged.

We've seen the storm damage on the news. Hope you are OK Bill.
The weather here has been great for my week off. Back to work tomorrow!
Luckily most of the market traders want cash!

We tried to go to one yesterday in Santa Eugenia and couldn't find it.
After asking some locals, we found three stalls in a school playground!

You two have worn out some shoe leather this week..daily vids..chapeau...we have not visited Son Ferrer market ,we'll have a cycle there when we're back in a few weeks..I was surprised to see so many people still wearing masks as I thought this was not now mandatory outside

Hi Steve and Anita lovely little vlog, come across your channel a few weeks ago. We’re coming to Palm Nova on 13th April for 10 nights (hopefully) any idea what the weather would be like then? We’re staying at the Globales Mimosas in Palma Nova, it’s all been renovated and looks good, do you know of it and is it much of a journey down to the beach? Keep up with the vlogs it’s giving us good vibes 😎👍

April is usually fine, not summer temperatures but if the sun is shining it will be warm. Cool when the sun goes down.
It's a 5-10 minute walk down to the front.
I used to spend a lot of time in the Mimosa about 20 years ago... but that's another story!
Hope you have a great holiday.
