      @@Lifeprofitness does this help with other conditions such as chronic edema in the lower extremities due to either kidney failure or heart failure?

      @@katalackatt76 Hi there :) Heart failure is a relative contraindications. We advise to ask your doctor's consent first. If yes, then using it will help the edema since it stimulates circulation and reduce inflammation specifically the oscillation mode. Hope this helps :D

    This is a great video!!! Thank you!
    I've had the Rumblex Max 4D for almost 2 weeks.
    I use a low setting after I do a ride on my Peloton. I've noticed a huge difference in my leg fatigue - it's pretty much non-existent! My calves are no longer tight.
    I'm also a medical massage therapist. My clients like to hop on for a few minutes after their session. After lying down for an hour or more, it really helps them come back to life!
    This device is amazing! I gush about it ALL. THE. TIME!

Just looking for a youtuber that can explain like you all the benefits, and show workouts. Only at min 21 so far and have to leave. Just wanted to say how impressed I am by your video so far. Thank you so much. I'll be back later and watch more of your videos. Again thank you for speaking so clearly.

    Thank you so much for this very informative presentation. I have a Rumblex Plus 4D, which I purchased based on your videos. I could have opted for cheaper vibration platforms, but I was impressed that you addressed lymphedema specifically. Would it be possible for you to create a couple of short, real time videos with sample protocols/demonstrations/routines for lymphatic drainage, with links to this video for those needing more detailed info? I have Stage III lymphedema in both legs and I've been winging it okay, but I want to make sure I'm getting the most out of my workout. No doubt a lot of lymphedema patients would appreciate it. Love, love, LOVE my Rumblex Plus, by the way! Thanks much! :)

It will change your life. Transdermal progesterone and transdermal estradial, no pills or patches!.try Biest, a combo of estriol and estradial cream...start slow. All your pain will be gone. Also use Norwegian cod liver oil for the omega 3. It is a powerful anti-inflammatory. Your cells are begging for the hormones and omegas..red sockeye salmon canned every day too..try eliminating gluten and sugar. Both cause joint and muscle pain. Study keto and carnivore diets..Best wishes for you to feel better!

    • @Lifeprofitness
      @Lifeprofitness  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Sheryl,
      Hope you're doing great! As advised, compression can help reduce and control lymphedema. It does this by limiting lymph fluid build up and helping the fluid move to an area that is draining well. It also provides support that helps muscles pump fluid away. Compression garments are available in different levels or grades of pressure. The vibration platform will stimulate lymphatic drainage and stimulate circulation to help with lymphedema. Hope this helps :)

    • @Lifeprofitness
      @Lifeprofitness  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, the one on the video is the Rumblex 4D. The Rumblex 4D and Rumblex Pro models are equipped with curved surfaces, making them perfect for individuals aiming to enhance their core strength and balance. The advantage of the Pro model is that it offers a broader range of accessories, enabling you to engage in a wider variety of workout activities. However, Rumblex Plus features a flat surface specifically designed for knee comfort, and it can accommodate weights of up to 500 lbs.

    • @Lifeprofitness
      @Lifeprofitness  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi there Joyce. Hope you're doing great. As advised, any type of workout will do as long as you're comfortable with it. You can stretching, strengthening and endurance training. For the modes and settings, we do suggest to start on a manual mode to have controls to all the modes and settings. This program will help you customize your own program. You can use one singular movement in each session to have a feel of it and just slowly and gradually increase. Have it for 5-10 minutes, and once you're used to it you can add another movement or combined movements. You can also check our 21Day Challenge Videos :D

If I do a low level short program for lymph Will it also be working with hormones ect or do I do a different program on same day? Do the itch happen while on platform or can it show up later in the day?

      Hi Barbara, hope you're doing great! Vibration platforms can help because it is forcing your body to work, which is beneficial to weight loss because it will provide contractions and stimulation into your body that helps to burn calories, lose ft, muscle strength and toning. It will also help boost your energy to improve your fatigue since it stimulates your blood circulation. Whole Body Vibration causes micro muscle contractions, which produce a massage effect on almost all of the tissues in the body, helping to improve blood flow, relaxes your body and loosen tight muscles that results Calming your nervous system. We do recommend Waver since it has an oscillation movement. But if you like to have more benefits like a level 2 increase of bone density, sleep and high intensity workouts, then you can try our Rumblex series that ha 3 important movements such oscillation, pulsation ang lateral.
