Absolutely beautiful. I'll start now by saying I was skeptical at how this would turn out, especially how courgettes have a tendency to be squishy and not particularly a great texture when cooked, but oh my word this worked!! I have a 4 and 10 year old, after we had eaten we requested the wife make this again the next day, it was perfect. I kid you not, as a curry aholohic I eat my fair share from homemade to restaurants and take aways in a month, I would happily ditch those, ditch the chicken or meat and roll with this. It seriously needs biggin up and trying, especially if like me, you are skeptical about courgettes in anything really. Well done 👏 an awesome recipe that has made it possible for me to eat curry more often as its a hit with the wife and kids ❤
I'd like to thank you for this channel. My boyfriend is Pakistani, I'm Ukrainian. I didn't know anything about Asian food before, but thanks to you, I can make his favourite dishes daily. Thank you!

Well I have just finished a bowl of this zucchini curry. Very tasty. I did add a small portion of cauliflower and butternut squash that I needed to use up but it really had a kick of heat in a good way.

Be aware that you have a thick British accent and you talk very fast. Sometimes when I don't understand things, I suspect it is not your accent. British English uses different words than other forms of English. I'm a linguist and a retired university professor in Japan - I've been here over 35 years. After teaching for a while, I stopped correcting my students on everything. I just made them aware of other what speakers of other dialects of English would understand. Yes, I do hold a US passport, but it was not my goal to teach the American dialect of English. I wanted them to be fluent speakers of an International Dialect of English so as many people as possible could understand them.

@@denisemottley22705 how was it?
@@s.b9118 very tasty as I remember. 👍
Can this be frozen ? I live alone, so want to make this and will have enough left over to batch up and freeze?
Absolutely
Looks amazing, can't wait to try. I just wanted to ask if the onion weight of 500g is it the peeled or unpeeled weight ? Thanks x
Peeled Tanya
Shamsa why did you peel the courgettes - All the vitamins in there no ? Just wondered looks so good
The skin is tough and slightly bitter hence why we remove it.

Glad you liked it!!
What would you serve it with?
We prefer to eat this with chapatis but you can serve them up with basmati rice or even naan.

Perfect timing! I've got loads of courgettes coming out of the allotment at the moment. 😀
😊👍
I cook mine in raw veg ( mixing all in one onion, tomato, ginger garlic green chillies)
Ufffff it turns out finger licking try it.😊
Great tip!
Could I add an aubergine to this in substitute of some of the courgette?
Adapt the recipe to your preference. 😊
salaam sister would like to make a request can you give some recipes ideas for people who cant eat curry or any masala or oil
That's a tricky one with Asian food.. maybe look at keto recipes
@@MyLittleKitchenRecipes yh i know :( but which keto recipes will be nice for people love salan?

Hi. How come you don’t seem to use Cummin powder?
Hi there, it's because my homemade garam masala is heavily cumin based. So I just add that in the end and it doesn't require additional cumin.
Vary Tasty Madam 1'/,
Why you not use base gravy in your curry's?
Why would I need to when I can make it from scratch?! I'm showing how authentic Pakistani curries are made at home, not BIR style dishes.
Everyone like a saucey curry for dipping nann bread, chips, rice etc
