- In 2016 our video clip for „Beyond Beautiful“ (2012, directed by Moritz Krebs) got indexed and since then we are not allowed to upload, release or show it anywhere, so here you go with a harmless and censored version, which does not conflict the aesthetics of the original piece of art at all. On that note: FUCK CENSORSHIP, RESPECT ART!

You know what's funny? ..some of the pics used for censor, although humorous, are technically more graphic than the actual shot in the video wtf 😂Luckily the original video still widely exists on youtube in many reuploads and fan uploads etc. so it's ok. But it's still frustrating such a beautiful piece of art getting censored while there are much worse things out there without even a basic youtube age restricted warning 🤦♀

This vid should not be censored. Ridiculous. They really captured the first person violence that happens out of the blue, just before everything turns black. As a woman who has been hit, that first punch is something you cannot put into words; the shock is worse than the physical pain. And while a man's greatest fear about women is that they will laugh at him, a woman's greatest fear is that he will kill her. And in our world, we can shoot and punch and kill as long as it's a movie, a show or fake wrestling. But to honestly portray someone killing beauty, well we can't show that! And Chris, speaking as a former one time (and I left immediately) punching bag, I am was not offended, but horrified-- and everyone should be-- that's life! People destroy and kill each and everyday; sometimes it's a fist or a kiss or a laugh or contempt or predijuce- we even kill by doing nothing. Like I said, the fist hurts, but the violence done to your heart and soul is immense and those bruises don't even show. Well done video; sadly for the powers that be, they believe that the truth hurts. But who among us, including them, has been guarenteed a pain-free existence? Life hurts, but at least we have toubadors and bards to help us through it.♡ Respect Art- and mein Herr!

Censorship is always (in all f*cking cases) hits back. Because the more opposition the artist faces, the more he needs to be an artist to tell what he wants.
Much of the art history is about how the creator smuggles their forbidden messages to their art.
But real artists will tell you what they want, even if the censors try to stop it.

Ich liebe den Song, er ist wundervoll und einmal mehr kriegt man nicht genug von Deiner Stimme, Chris. Auch das Video finde ich toll und es ist sehr schade, dass es zensiert wurde. Ich war zwar beim ersten Anschauen etwas geschockt im ersten Moment, weniger wegen der nackten Haut, mehr wegen des Schlags. Aber bei Dir/Euch geschieht nichts ohne Sinn; alles hat seine Aussage. Deshalb ist es auch schade, dass Ihr durch die Zensur gehemmt wurdet. Doch selbst so hast Du/habt Ihr eine Möglichkeit gefunden, Dich/Euch in den ausgewählten Bildern auszudrücken. Und JA!!! I love everything this band does and this is one of their best songs. I can understand what the violent end rapresents, but was it really the only way? Still no reason to censor nudity when so artistically portraied.

This censured version is... weird and frustrating!!! I would have understand censuring the really violent part at the end (that totally breaks the romance for me). But concerning the rest of the video, I don't see why????? The love scenes are so pretty, full of love and tenderness.
There are sooo many violent, sexual or abusive videos on TH-cam that are totally uncensored (like Rammstein videos)... but they had to censor this one?!?! What the $&%*!

Ich glaube,deren Management,die neuen TH-cam Richtlinien und Chris Ehefrau hatten was gegen die Originalversion des Videos,aber warum konnten sie nichts anderes benutzen als diese komischen Tierbilder? Außerdem finde ich es seit damals viel verstörender und jugendgefährdend,dass Chris damals anscheinend die Vorstellung hatte gerne jemand umbringen zu wollen und es wenigstens in einem Video so aussehen lassen musste, als hätte er das getan.
