This has got to be my favorite track from MM11. It starts out so sinister them builds up to a heroic anthem. It's like a real musical battle between Acid Man and Mega Man, and exemplifies the strengths of MM11's more experimental OST as compared to the rest of the series.
People also said the instruments used are bland and forgettable? And they drown out the actual melody of the song? I for the love of me, can’t hear what they’re talking about
There are so many great details in the backgrounds of all the stages. If you pay attention, the color of the liquid changes as you progress further into the stage to reflect the PH levels increasing as you get deeper into the facility (blue, yellow, red, green), and each time those syringe bots squirt acid into the liquid pools, the liquid changes to the next most acidic color.
@@peppinoandweskerfriendsfor3450 Well, they all seem to be in areas where their work would be very well needed. Impact Man at a Construction site, Bounce Man at a fitness gym, Fuse Man at a power plant, and so on.

@Planet I Studios... RIGHT!!???? I had to compliment his productions as well. Its subtle brilliance just like the game itself! Good to see I'm not the only one that appreciates how this person produces their uploads. 🙏🏾
My personal favorite Robot Master theme of the 8. It's very atmospheric and everything is in perfect chemistry (ironically enough) going perfectly to give off vibes of uncertainty and uneasiness to define Acid Man's nature keeping a watchful eye on MegaMan as he's seen swimming through every level of biohazardous substances like he's looking forward of melting him down to vapor. But despite those feelings of intimidation given to MegaMan, 0:40 he's strong willed enough to keep going and push himself forward no matter what it takes to earn victory. I was blown away with that sudden beat drop. It's so beautiful...
BTW, Acid Man's stage is the Water Level. It's one of the BEST Water levels i've played. Out of all stages, i can replay this over and over and not get bored ^_^
The sounds at 1:21 and 1:28 sound similar to the sound Sonic gets when underwater occasionally, so when I first heard those I began panicking and wondering if I needed an air bubble this time around.
Captain Crimson This track is so great! I seriously wish all the robot masters had this atmospheric feel to them, really giving you scope and questioning what it is you’re doing in here.
Yeah, it's the most atmospheric of the eight! It's dark with a bit of science OST and so ambientalistic for that level. In second place, I place Bounce man and third Place Blast or Fuse man
I think impact man's stage has an atmospheric feel to it.. if you listen closely to the instrumentals, you can often hear a clanking noise, as if you can hear construction/hammering on metal going on, which fits a construction site level in my opinion
When I first played this game, I took on Acid Man's stage last because I guessed Impact Man's weakness wrong. I thought Impact Man was weak to Block Dropper because I saw a video of somebody playing his stage on Newcomer Mode and the Block Dropper was doing four points of damage to him rather than two. I came up with the logic that Block Man's blocks are too sturdy for Impact Man to pierce. When I fought Impact Man myself, I thought "WHAT?!" when the Block Dropper was doing less damage than what I saw in the video. I _did_ guess the other weaknesses correctly, though. And with this music, Acid Man's stage truely felt like the final stage, even if I knew there were fortress stages after defeating the eight Robot Masters. The sheer difficulty of the stage helped with that feeling, too.
Sure guys, the main part of this song that you're all listening to over and over again sounds great, but why does NOBODY talk about 1:20 ? Those few notes from the beginning of the song chiming in during it always left me with chills.
