They never make a walk-in video tour of the house. They show blueprint and few exterior shots and interior shots. It's really difficult to get exact picture of the house.

20 ft by 60 ft is not a compact house in Delhi. I think so. Constructing that much size having stilt +3 floor would cost more than 60 lakhs.
