Only the second phase is dangerous and mostly for mental health. But with strong Mars, and good energy levels it is not a big deal. Ever seen someone, who has a lot of energy go depressed? I'd say worship lord Kartikeya and directly Mars and you will be good.
Dear Hemant ji, Is Sade Sati qpplicable to rising sign or ascendant or lagna also apart from moon sign. For example I am Taurus Moon Sign but Pisces ascendant. Sani is in 10th house for Taurus Rasi but it is in the 12th house first phase of Sade Sati for my ascendant Pisces. . Should I consider myself as being under Sade Sati now as Saturn is afflicting my ascendant 12th house? Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately Saturn is an extremely maefic planet for me in my birth chart, being in 9th house which is the house of Sani's adi satru Mars for Rishaba Rasi. My Rasi lord Venus is debilitated in 6th house along with Sun and Mercury and my ascendant lord Jupiter is in 8th house along with Rahu. Ketu in second house and waning Moon and Mars are in third house in my birth house. Balance of Chandra dasa at birth was only 1 year 4 months 8 days. I am in darkness and suffering since birth due to malefic placement of planets in my birth chart. DOB 06/09/1958 TOB 18.48 hrs at Chennai ,Tamil Nadu. Running Budh Mahadasa with Venus antardasa now. Any hope of quick and painless death when Saturn afflicts both Rasi and Lagna in about 4 years time I would like to know. Thanks a lot.
